Kashmir remained as the most headache between India - Pakistan. The best peaceful solution is to increase trade, transportation, regional unity and student exchange by which the Kashmir Problem will be superseeded, that the nations proven better and higher timely needs.

Kashmir problem should be solved peacefully between civilian governments. In 1947 Pakistan invaded Kashmir on religious grounds and was not on territorial goround. Kashmir was not a religious state thus the invation does not get the support. If the people of Kashmir did not like the Hindu king they should have demanded it earlier.
The independence 1947 created a Kyas through out India and once the government declared joined with India that is it throughout India. Such that India cannot grant any other consideration once joined with India.
The King of Kashmir had the right to join with India or Pakistan or remain indepenednt Soverign. Once joined with India or Pakistan that it and is final for the entire Jammu and Kashmir.
India cannot give up Kashmir on religious discrimination.
1947 Pakistani occupying in Kashmir was not by the Muslims but was the Army.
The Governor General was a foreign authority we fought against for independence thus his opinion on indian territories legally ended with the declaration of the independence and Pakistan was founded divided of India and Kashmir was not founded by the independence.

Pl enlight about Indus valley civilisation which is only common factor to strengthen our relations ! I hope that oneday we bothsides will visit like INDIANS and NEPALESE !LOVE BEGETS LOVE !Pl be democrate and rational to solve our problems.Both country -fellows drink waters of Indus,Ravi,Jhehlam,Chenab,Beas and Satluj.Pl do not drink blood of each another.THANKS.

God is great, the One Greatness of unity above all differences. Please do things to keep the blessing of unity today with Pakistan's newly elected Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani. Make India the first and best mutual neighbour of peace, strength and prosperity.
